Accessibility Statement

Tradewise Solutions Pty Ltd
Last updated: September 2026

Our commitment to accessibility

Tradewise Solutions Pty Ltd is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for our clients, prospective clients and other visitors to our website.

We aim to make our website, digital information and online services accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disability and people who use assistive technologies.

We recognise that accessible digital services support equal participation and help ensure that people can obtain information and communicate with us effectively.

The Australian Human Rights Commission recognises web accessibility as an important part of providing equal access to digital information and services.

Accessibility standards

In developing and improving our website, we aim to take into account the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Our accessibility objective is to progressively improve the website with reference to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably practicable.

WCAG is an internationally recognised standard designed to make websites and digital content more accessible to people with disabilities. Level AA includes both Level A and Level AA accessibility requirements.

This statement should not be interpreted as a formal claim that every page or component of our website currently conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA unless such conformance has been independently assessed and verified.

Accessibility features

We aim to support accessibility through measures such as:

  • clear and consistent page structure;
  • meaningful headings and navigation;
  • readable text and appropriate contrast;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation where supported;
  • descriptive link text;
  • alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate;
  • appropriately labelled website forms;
  • responsive design for different screen sizes and devices;
  • compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies where reasonably practicable; and
  • plain and understandable language where appropriate.

We continue to review these features as our website develops.

Changing text size and zoom

Most modern web browsers allow users to increase or decrease the size of website content.

On many Windows computers, you can:

  • press Ctrl and + to zoom in;
  • press Ctrl and – to zoom out; or
  • press Ctrl and 0 to return to the default zoom level.

On Apple devices, the equivalent browser zoom commands generally use the Command (⌘) key.

You can also adjust text size, zoom and accessibility settings through your browser, operating system or device settings.

Keyboard and assistive technology

We aim for our website to remain usable for visitors who navigate using a keyboard or assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnification software.

However, compatibility may vary depending on the browser, device, assistive technology and third-party content being used.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website using assistive technology, please contact us so we can assist.

Documents and downloadable content

Our website may include downloadable documents such as PDF files, checklists, guides and other resources.

We aim to make important information reasonably accessible. However, some documents, particularly older or third-party documents, may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies.

If you cannot access a document or resource, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an alternative accessible format.

The Australian Human Rights Commission similarly recommends making information available in alternative formats where accessibility issues arise.

Forms and online services

We aim to design online forms so they are clear, understandable and reasonably accessible.

If you are unable to use an online form or provide information through the website because of an accessibility issue, you may contact us by another available method and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Where appropriate, we may provide an alternative way to submit information.

Third-party content and services

Our website may contain or integrate content and services provided by third parties, including:

  • maps;
  • videos;
  • social media services;
  • review platforms;
  • booking or communication tools;
  • embedded content; and
  • external websites.

We may not control the accessibility of these third-party services.

Where an important service or piece of information is inaccessible because of a third-party component, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative way of accessing the relevant information or service.

Known accessibility limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible to every user or assistive technology.

Possible limitations may include:

  • older PDF documents;
  • third-party embedded content;
  • legacy website content;
  • complex tables or forms;
  • images or graphics created before current accessibility practices were implemented; or
  • functionality supplied by external plugins or service providers.

We aim to address identified accessibility issues as part of our ongoing website review and improvement process.

I recommend keeping this section general unless you have performed a formal accessibility audit and can identify specific known defects. It is better to acknowledge possible limitations than to make an unsupported claim that there are none.

Alternative ways to access our services

If you cannot access information or complete an action through our website, please contact us.

Where reasonably practicable, we can assist by providing information or communicating with you through an alternative method, which may include:

  • telephone;
  • email;
  • electronic documents in an alternative format;
  • video meeting; or
  • an in-person appointment.

Accessibility feedback and assistance

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our website.

If you:

  • experience difficulty using the website;
  • cannot access particular information;
  • find an accessibility problem;
  • require information in an alternative format; or
  • have a suggestion for improving accessibility,

please contact us.

When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful if you can provide:

  • the page or document you were trying to access;
  • a brief description of the issue;
  • the browser or device you were using, if relevant; and
  • the type of assistive technology being used, if applicable.

You are not required to provide information about your disability in order to report an accessibility problem.
